These patients are liable for Severe types
of opportunistic infections, including
bacterial , Fungal Viral Infection. The
management of these patients require:
Careful history taking. Proper Clinical
examination and Several diagnostic
procedures . Prompt treatment is required
for these cases particularly in neutropenic
cases.
